With beautiful Grade II* listed spaces in Ancoats, all-inclusive amenities, and your own dedicated desk, it’s everything you need to do your best work. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about part-time and full-time memberships, from how access works to what’s included.
Do you offer hot-desking or just dedicated desks?
No hot-desking here. Every member gets a proper, dedicated desk. It’s yours to set up, leave your things, and settle into the rhythm of working in Manchester’s most inspiring coworking space.
Are there parking or public transport options nearby?
Yep. We’re based in Ancoats, a short walk from Piccadilly Station and local tram stops. Parking is available nearby from around £4.50 a day.
Do you offer day passes or just monthly memberships?
We keep things simple: all our coworking memberships are monthly. No one-off day passes for non-members. But if you’re a member and want to bring in a friend, colleague, or family member for the day, you can absolutely do that. Just purchase a pass using the app, and make sure you host them while they’re here.
Are there any hidden costs?
Nope. Everything’s included. Fast Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, snacks, coffee, printing, events. No add-ons, no surprises, just a fully-loaded Manchester coworking membership.
Can I bring my dog?
