How do I access the building, and who greets my guests?
Upon arrival, simply give us a call and our team will personally meet you at the entrance. We'll provide you with an access fob and can either welcome your guests on your behalf or leave you to greet them yourself – whichever you prefer. Our friendly staff ensures a seamless and professional welcome experience.
Are there parking or public transport options nearby?
While we don't provide private parking, you'll find numerous convenient options surrounding our locations. These range from free on-street parking to affordable metered spaces, plus paid car parks starting from just £5.50 for a full day. We're also excellently connected to public transport, with tram stops and Manchester Piccadilly station within walking distance.
Do you provide catering or refreshments for meetings?
Your booking includes complimentary barista-quality coffee, specialty teas, filtered water, biscuits and fresh fruit. For additional catering, you're welcome to bring in your own food options or we can recommend trusted local providers. Our kitchens are available for food storage if needed.
How far in advance should I book?
You can secure your space as far ahead as you'd like, though we recommend booking at least a month in advance for popular mid-week days (especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays) when demand is highest. For our cancellation policy and last-minute availability, please contact our team directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Is filming and photography allowed?
We're happy for you to film and take photos within our meeting rooms! Although there's a small additional fee for filming. Just a few friendly reminders: please get staff approval for communal area photography before booking, avoid workspace photos, and minimise flash use. Important! Do check with our team before moving any furniture or equipment, and kindly return everything as you found it. Any damages will need to be paid for.
