Occupying the entire fourth & fifth floors of a historic loft building in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester, we created a coworking space that celebrates materiality. With iron columns holding up timber rafters, perimeter walls of exposed brick, and 200-year-old wooden floors, the raw space was a great canvas for inspiration.

Our team set out to make this 18th-century industrial space feel warm and inviting by installing high-end kitchens and lounges worthy of a luxury residence. The lofts serve as a central spot for coworking, a place to recharge, prepare & eat meals and many additional areas for planned & impromptu team meetings.
